There’s currently a bug with some spawns for the quest. If you can’t progress, go away from the zone and come back (roam around the zone, spawns now trigger at 10 meters [?]). If that fails, try again later.

Could be related to the changes done to spawn range but can’t tell for sure.

I think the quest is fixed. At least for me it worked. Like I was around that aria where the former NPC won't show up, still it didn't so eventually I died from poison from those mobs around it. When I released, next to the Fast Travel Point, the NPC was actually standing in front of me, allowing me to continue with the quest, that sent me to Caliburne Town. From there you can continue. Hope this is working for you too. Good luck

The quest works now. I just stood around for a couple minutes killing the spawns and then the quest completed.

Pls, tell me u fix that MAIN quest already.
