got it from Entropy, 3rd kill (i have 3x minor loot luck trophy but no luck gear)

Got it after about 7 hours solo farming Entropy boss, with no %lucky

I recommand farming those from Entropy.
It does not say something abount an increase drop chance, but I saw dropping two for my group within one hour of farming.

Got it from Entropy at 590, took less than 30 mins. Bring blight tinctures.

Got it from Entropy at 596. Farmed 6 hours to drop it. A friend of mine dropped it like in 15 min.

Took 22 hours 20 mins of farming before dropping from an archer trash mob in Entropy's room. 14 people who came down with me got the drop before I did, including people who didn't even want it, but came to help, lol. 2 of the people got it 10 times each as well, including one who was only there for about 3.5 hours.

According to the Dev Blog on luck, since this set is not considered "named", luck hurts rather than helps. Luck increases the chance you will get a named item to drop, so if you are using luck, you are decreasing your chance that the corrupted rage pieces will drop, as they aren't named items.
"...when the player finds something in a chest, or gets a drop from a Named monster, Luck improves the player’s chance that the item(s) received will be Named (in the case of weapons and armor)..."
