@Captn Raph the source is me. They’ve changed Avarice and a few other mobs to no longer drop loot. They were mistakenly set to drop a loot bag before because they were classified as Named monsters, loot wise.

@bat boy The latest PTR update removes the unintended luck. It will only have one luck perk when this PTR goes live.

I dropped it on my 15th and 16th run (2 in a row)
I was maxed luck, I had full 625gs luck armor + weapons (rappier and bow both with luck) + accessories all my items with pearls as gems + 3 major luck trophies + 3 luck bags 600gs + luck food (turkey)

got it dropped 3 times in a row with 2.8% on all the bags and 1 major and 2 small thropys

company fight in Arena - they had one or left so swapped for me - got it in 1st Go :).

i wore luck only on bags, and 3 majors. Got it in 4 kills

It took 4 attempts TOTAL to drop. I was using FULL LUCK EVERYTHING!
(Armour + Jewels all with pearls + Major luck trophies + 600gs bags + luck food)
