Best named tank sword in my opinion. You can wait for it to drop from Lazarus (it will drop on non-mutated too! as long as you are over level 60). However easiest way to get this is to buy it from the Gypsum Kiln for Dense Lazarus Materia using some of the materia you get from the season pass.
I put Refreshing Move on mine.
